The selected candidate will report to the Director of Customer Success and work closely with the global sales team, Support, R&D and Marketing.

This role combines pre-sales and customer success responsibilities and is a blend of both technical and business aspects.

With customers all around the world, the CS Specialist will work with customers both small and large, from all verticals, working to provide the best experience for our customers, upholding the Pcysys values.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales support to our CEO and Sales Directors for EMEA and Israel
  • Perform and support Customer onboarding, adoption, retention, etc. as well as continuing to build relationships to foster new business.
  • Support partner network with all sales related needs (distributors/resellers)
  • Run remote and onsite demos and presentations, as required (EMEA or Israel hours)
  • Perform ongoing partner training in the various locations where Pcysys operates
  • Manage and support PoC events in Israel and abroad
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert of the company through professionalism and positive demeanor
  • Successfully demonstrate solutions to new prospects on different discussion levels (technical, C-level, etc.)
  • Lead technical deep dive sessions with cyber experts for the customer
  • Resolve any user conflict or dissatisfaction with products or services to ensure continued customer loyalty
  • Actively manage PoC projects on customer sites including resource coordination, executive progress reviews, end-user training, etc…
  • Demonstrate an ability to resolve emerging issues using critical thinking and a deep understanding across various systems/areas
  • Demonstrate high customer satisfaction levels and results; actively work to improve the overall user experience
  • Act as a product expert focused on customer education and service expansion opportunities to drive increased revenue
  • A high-performing team member that will be a value-add to our existing company culture
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Raise product-related issues that should be looked at by the Pcysys Product team
  • Improve and add to internal knowledge by sharing processes between Support, R&D and Customer Success

You will be the 1st team member in Israel and EMEA

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer/Customer Success at startups/mid-sized cybersecurity companies
  • Analytical and process-oriented, preferably with a project management background
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
  • Familiarity with the Penetration Testing profession and field
  • Solid technical skills & experience with managing IT infrastructure: OS (Win, Linux), Networks and Active Directory systems
  • Fluent in English- spoken and written (preferably a native speaker)
  • CEH and CISSP certifications – an advantage
  • MBA – an advantage
