Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Pcysys Director of Customer Success
  • Presales support to our CEO and Sales Directors for EMEA and Israel
  • Support partner network with all sales related needs (distributors/resellers)
  • Run remote and onsite demos and presentations, as required (EMEA or Israel)
  • Perform ongoing partner training in the various locations where Pcysys operates
  • Manage and support PoC events in Israel and abroad
  • Own and ensure Pcysys customer success, performing Customer Success responsibilities, including, but not limited to – customer onboarding, training, ongoing guidance, conducting customer health checks, identifying opportunities to expand relationships, provide product support, perform customer research.
  • This role requires between 25-50% travel during most months
  • Quota Responsibilities – TBD

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Pre-Sales/Customer Success Engineer at startups / mid-sized companies
  • Willingness to travel frequently (~25% of the time)
  • Familiarity with the Penetration Testing profession
  • Understanding of the Cybersecurity landscape
  • Solid technical skills & experience with managing IT infrastructure: OS (Win, Linux), Networks and Active Directory systems
  • Fluent in English – spoken and written
  • BSc. in Engineering (SW, Industrial or Electrical) – an advantage
  • MBA – an advantage
