In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the Field and Channel Marketing strategy in North America and its execution. You will be able to venture and dive further into the cybersecurity marketing world and work with a strong marketing team in a marketing-forward company that is experiencing hyper-growth.

The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of leadership, drive, creativity, and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define the Field and Channel Marketing strategy with the regional Sales VP North America – for all Pcysys channels (Direct, Partners, Inside Sales)
  • Define and own all aspects of the North America field marketing programs, including planning, coordinating, and executing conferences, trade shows, seminars, and virtual events in the region
  • Work with the channel to establish and produce a joint marketing activity cadence to create awareness and demand in their respective markets
  • Own all aspects of regional marketing budget, purchasing, payments and provisioning
  • Ensure KPIs and goals are defined, tracked, and reported out on – with opportunities for continuous improvement identified and integrated into future activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team on documenting customer testimonials in video, written, or press releases formats
  • Manage the process and inventory of marketing materials and items (SWAG) and their creation, distribution, and targeting as part of the regional marketing strategy.
  • Some travel may be required

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2-3 years specifically within a Field or Channel Marketing leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering and accelerating business results through execution of successful marketing programs
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or Computer Science (or related field)
