The selected candidate will lead the company’s Sales Operations and Automation function, partnering with the sales team to develop and maintain processes and data that enable an effective global sales organization. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, including maintaining sales process methodologies, managing the sales pipeline and tactical pricing, generating sales KPI metrics, forecasting, and reporting
  • Developing, implementing, and managing sales and marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce.com) and processes.
  • Manage sales forecasting, planning and reporting throughout the organization
  • Implement track and account for quota assignment and target attainment throughout all sales channels
  • Coordinate sales training on tools and processes pertaining to the sales cycle

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related Sales Operations experience 
  • Strong working knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce.com and other sales productivity tools, including best practices for use, integrations, and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and expertise within SaaS/Enterprise Software: sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, lead routing and follow-up best practices, outbound lead generation, pricing, contracting, RFPs, proposals, and reporting/analytics
  • Strong acumen and experience with Inbound,  Channel, and Inside, and Enterprise sales models
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Hubspot, and Salesforce.com. 
  • Proficiency in English required; a second European language a plus.
