We are searching for a strategic, hands-on, and growth-oriented Inside Sales Manager to build and lead our Inside Sales Team.

You will use your sales, negotiation and leadership skills to prospect, and conduct lead generation techniques. You have a consistent record of selling software or services and you know how to build beneficial, positive relationships with customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, lead and grow a team of Inside Sales to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Be a player / coach (50%/50%) providing mentorship for newer, more junior team members
  • Drive execution of sales strategies across the inside sales team, ensuring processes and metrics are in place to achieve Pcysys’s growth plan
  • Play an active part in the sales processes of your team, approaching the role with a lead from the front perspective
  • Analyze, present and act on operational metrics such as forecast, pipeline, and close rate
  • Build a world-class Inside Sales organization. Recruit and develop top sales talent
  • Build a culture that inspires achievement and growth
  • Leverage highly collaborative relationships with internal teams, establishing a culture that inspires achievement and impact for the entire Pcysys team


  • 3+ years directly leading an enterprise SAAS inside sales team
  • 5+ years in SAAS sales with individual quota and as a sales leader
  • Consistent track record of achievement throughout sales leadership career
  • Expertise in CRM, Marketing Automation and Sales Automation tools.
  • Proven success as a quota carrying sales person and exceptional deal closer
  • Team builder and motivator with a passion for coaching and developing sales skills
  • Strong ability to communicate externally with customers and internally with all levels of the organization verbally and written
