Since coming out of hiding 8 months ago, we have landed tens of enterprise customers around the world and our momentum continues.

We are looking for Talented Regional Sales Manager that will be responsible for executing Pcysys sales strategy for revenue growth in EMEA.

The role includes identifying and targeting key enterprise verticals and customers in a high-touch, channel sales model. The RSM will work closely with both end customers and channel partners to generate, develop and close sales opportunities for Pcysys.

The successful candidate will be a skilled influencer able to provide leadership and support to distributors and resellers, as well as able to assess customer needs and facilitate solutions unique to their business.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate, develop and close sales through channel partners and direct touch
  • Generate a plan to ensure broad penetration into the key accounts within the territory
  • Train, mentor and assist partners in closing opportunities with customers
  • Present Pcysys’s technology and product to prospective customers
  • Understand complex customer requirements on both business and technical levels
  • Conduct business development initiatives with strategic partners and regulative entities
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Provide inputs to product marketing on customer needs and issues
  • Utilize and maintain SFDC (CRM Tool) to record all opportunities and deals (i.e. real-time forecast and funnel management)
  • The role is based in Israel
  • Reports to the EMEA Sales Director


  • BA/ BSc Degree or equivalent required
  • 2-5 years’ experience selling network security solutions or cybersecurity consulting services
  • 2-5 years of field sales experience in the IT Security industry
  • Experience with selling through direct and indirect channels
  • Proven ability to sell and to exceed quotas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Availability to travel on a monthly basis
  • Able to work independently within a team environment
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated, confident, competitive, thorough and tenacious
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Experience with targeting large enterprise accounts in Europe – strong advantage
  • CISSP/CISA/CCISO certification – advantage
